There's A Buyer For Every House?

by Lois Berman 09/16/2022

There’s a saying in real estate that goes like this…“There’s a buyer for every house.” Basically we use that when a house is a bit “unique”, or in a less than ideal location, or condition. The point is — every house is sellable.

Recently, the problem I am coming across can be best put this way…“There’s not even a house for every buyer.”

There just aren’t enough houses on the market, for the number of buyers in the market.

It’s markets like these that allow even the worst house, in the worst location sell to almost every and any buyer…And that’s something to capitalize on if you’ve been thinking of selling your home.

I am not reaching out to ask you to sell your home… (Obviously, if you have been thinking about selling, let’s talk!)

What I’m hoping you could help me with is finding people in the area who are thinking about selling. I’m certainly working hard at finding homes to list, but sometimes people start chatting about wanting to sell casually. You may have recently heard someone say something along those lines at a party, or work, or wherever…They may not be aware of how opportune a time it is to sell their home, and waiting could cost them some fantastic advantages a market like this creates.

Thanks for taking the time to read it and send it along to anyone you know who may benefit from this. I can help you regardless where you live!
